The Minister of Secondary Educaton hereby invites the following personnel declared absent from their duty post to immediately report to Room 310, Sub-department of Personnel, department of Human Resources, no later than fourteen (14) days with the following supporting documents, otherwise, disciplinary measures shall be taken against them:
- A copy ID card ;
- Administrative letter of clarification ;
- Attestation of effective service ;
- Reasumption of duty ;
- A copy of posting or trensfert or appointment.
