How does the in-game balance top-up system work now?

Hello. Lately, I've noticed Crimson Desert has been much stricter about third-party top-up sites, especially European ones, as I couldn't find a single reliable site offering top-ups for European users.

I know the game has its own website and all, but you can't send gifts to others without logging into their account, so...
