Ai diagnostics

Hi, I work for GoLearn the worlds only English Language Ai based assessment and everyday learning company. I just read about a young Cameroon student talking about Ai in education and how Cameroon hopes to embrace it.
How do i get to speak to someone in the Ministry to share what we are doing and how we are fast tracking skills based learning?
Learning loss due to Covid is a real thing, but we are finding no one is effectively measuring it, and putting interventions in place - Please could someone help me get to Pr. Nalova Lyonga's dept' so we may share what we are doing and how we know it will help students from 6-21 improve skills needed for the 21st century.. Sorry long post!!!
